The story behind the glasses:

These glasses belong to a friend of mine named Katherine. They are to correct a stigmatism so her eyes will not hurt when she is reading on a computer screen. The glasses have been sat on a handful of time but were not damaged until a few days before this picture was taken. Katherine has owned this pair of glasses for a year this month. These glasses seem to be well taken care of. Though they do show the natural sighs of wear and tear. The crutches the glasses are resting on are important to my friend. They are to help her get around after sustaining an injury. I thought most people never see a pair of glasses resting on crutches. So, I decide to take this unique photo with my friend’s help and permission.

She has a very interesting personality. These glasses have been with her for about a year and half. She has a great love for music. In fact, one time when she was head banging her glasses were flung on off her head. Thankfully they did not break and where not damaged. I like music but I don't think I would be head banging with my glasses on.
