The story behind the glasses:

It seems my theme this week is glasses on animals which I don't mind since I like most of them except snakes. I. Do. Not. Like. Snakes. Anyway, the dog that these glasses are resting on is named Sandy. Both she and the glasses belong to my friend and neighbor Trevor Erickson. I have known him for most of my life and every time I see him he is wearing glasses. Over the years the style of them has changed a little bit, but like my Aunt Cindy, who owns the glasses in the previous post, I have not seen him without glasses on very often. Sandy, the dog is getting older but she is still as sweet as when I first met. She always loves to be petted. Though I don't know if those glasses are making her see any better.

They are to correct a stigmatism so her eyes will not hurt when she is reading on a computer screen. The glasses have been sat on a handful of time but were not damaged until a few days before this picture was taken. Katherine has owned this pair of glasses for a year this month. These glasses seem to be well taken care of. Though they do show the natural sighs of wear and tear. The crutches the glasses are resting on are important to my friend. She has a very interesting personality. These glasses have been with her for about a year and half. She has a great love for music. In fact, one time when she was head banging her glasses were flung on off her head. Thankfully they did not break and where not damaged. I like music but I don't think I would be head banging with my glasses on.
